General terms of sale

Version of 30 October 2026

1. Purpose

These general terms of sale apply to any purchase of the preparation for the FIFA Football Agent Exam (the “Product”), a piece of digital content published by SASU CAP REUSSITE and sold under the AgentExamen brand, by a consumer (the “Customer”). The Customer accepts them before confirming the order. The terms in force on the date of the order apply.

2. Seller

SASU CAP REUSSITE, a French simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder and a share capital of €200. Bobigny Trade and Companies Register (RCS) no. 990 871 873. SIRET 990 871 873 00016. French VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Registered office: 23 rue Saint André, 93000 Bobigny (France). Telephone: +33 6 86 40 97 47. Contact: contact@agentexamen.com.

3. Product

The Product is an online written course on the FIFA texts included in the Football Agent Exam syllabus, with automatically corrected multiple-choice questions and mock exams. Its detailed content is shown on the Product page before purchase. It includes no manual correction. The Product is accessible from a current web browser with an internet connection, with no software to install, for the period set out in article 6.

AgentExamen is an independent preparation, not affiliated with FIFA. The Product does not register the Customer for any exam, issues no licence and guarantees no result. Registration, dates and exam conditions depend solely on FIFA and its member associations. The FIFA agent licence does not allow the holder to work as a sports agent in France, where a professional card issued by the competent federation is required (article L. 222-7 of the French Sports Code).

FIFA may change its texts after the order. No update on a specific date is guaranteed, without prejudice to the legal guarantee of conformity in article 8.

4. Price and payment

The price of the Product is €199, with no additional charges. The Seller benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code): no French VAT is charged. If the law of the Customer’s country requires a local sales tax or VAT, it will be shown on the payment page before the order is confirmed. Payment is made online, on Stripe’s secure payment page, by card or by another method offered by Stripe on that page. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through our servers. Some banks may apply currency conversion or international payment fees, which are outside the Seller’s control.

5. Order and conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded in the language of the platform used by the Customer, Spanish or English. The Customer adds the Product to the cart, enters billing details and ticks the two mandatory boxes: acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy, and the request for immediate access set out in article 7. The Customer checks the order and total price, may correct the details entered, then moves on to the payment page. Confirming payment expresses final acceptance. Until then, the Customer may correct the details or abandon the order by leaving the page.

The Seller acknowledges the order without delay by e-mail and sends the Customer, on a durable medium, the order confirmation with these terms. The Seller keeps the record of the contract for ten years and provides it to the Customer on request at contact@agentexamen.com.

6. Access and duration

When the order is confirmed, a personal account linked to the e-mail address provided is created if the Customer does not already have one. Access opens once payment is confirmed and lasts until 31 December 2027. The Customer is responsible for keeping login details confidential and must not share them with third parties.

7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer Customer in principle has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason (articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code; article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU).

However, this right cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun before the end of that period where the following three conditions are met: the Customer gave prior express consent for performance to begin; acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal; and the Seller sent confirmation of this agreement on a durable medium (articles L. 221-28, 13°, and L. 221-13 of the French Consumer Code).

For this reason, on the order page, the Customer ticks this mandatory box:

“I request immediate access to the content as soon as my payment is confirmed and I acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal from that access.”

The Seller sends this confirmation to the Customer, on a durable medium, before access opens.

These terms are without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of the Customer’s country of habitual residence.

If these conditions are not met, the Customer may withdraw by writing to contact@agentexamen.com or to SASU CAP REUSSITE, 23 rue Saint André, 93000 Bobigny (France), by any unequivocal statement or using the form below. The Seller refunds all sums paid without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of being informed of the decision, using the same means of payment, unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise, and at no cost to the Customer.

8. Legal guarantees

The Seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L. 224-25-1 to L. 224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). The Product is supplied continuously: the Seller is liable for any lack of conformity appearing throughout the access period, until 31 December 2027. During that period, the Customer need only establish the existence of the defect, not when it appeared. The guarantee includes the updates needed to maintain conformity.

The Customer is entitled to have the content brought into conformity without undue delay, free of charge and without major inconvenience. The Customer may obtain a price reduction, or end the contract with a full refund, if the Seller refuses to bring it into conformity, if this is unjustifiably delayed, if it involves costs or major inconvenience, if the defect persists despite an attempted fix, or if the defect is so serious that this is justified immediately. Where the defect is minor, the Customer may terminate only if the contract does not provide for payment of a price. Any period of unavailability for bringing the content into conformity suspends the guarantee.

A professional who obstructs the legal guarantee of conformity in bad faith is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be raised to 10% of average annual turnover (article L. 242-18-1 of the French Consumer Code). The Customer also has the guarantee against hidden defects for two years from discovery of the defect, which entitles the Customer to a price reduction or a full refund in return for ceasing to use the content.

To use these guarantees, the Customer writes to contact@agentexamen.com or to SASU CAP REUSSITE, 23 rue Saint André, 93000 Bobigny (France).

9. Intellectual property

All content of the Product and the site is protected by copyright and trademark law. The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. In particular, the following are prohibited: reproducing or distributing the content beyond the Customer’s personal use, reselling it, sharing login details and circumventing technical protection measures.

10. Liability

The Seller is liable by operation of law for the proper performance of the contract (article L. 221-15 of the French Consumer Code). It may be released from that liability by proving that the failure is attributable to the Customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or to force majeure. The Product is a preparation tool: it is not legal advice, and the exam result depends on the Customer’s own work. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to the Customer by law.

11. Personal data

The processing of the Customer’s data is described in the privacy policy.

12. Mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute, after a written complaint to the Seller, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: Médiateur de la consommation FEVAD, BP 20015, 75362 Paris Cedex 8 (France), www.mediateurfevad.fr.

13. Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive the Customer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of habitual residence (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, art. 6). Failing an amicable solution, the Customer may bring the matter before the competent court of the Customer’s domicile or of the Seller’s registered office, according to the applicable rules. The Seller may sue a Customer resident in the European Union only before the courts of the Customer’s domicile.
